I have seen this tube top in person and the pictures simply don't do it justice (though it does look awfully cute in the photo). However what you cannot see on this delightfully pleated tube top are the ties in the back which form a perfect bow in the back. It's hip and feminine simultaneously, and now that it's on sale for a mere $9.50 at Wet Seal, I can afford to pick it up in both black and white.

I generally don't like to dress down. Much like Laura from Project Runway, I think it's a slippery slope into sweatpants and flipflops, but there are times, especially when "aunt flo" comes to visit, that I simply cannot force myself to look chic. So I'm constantly searching clothes that are both comfy and adorable, and In this category Forever 21 and Delia's do not disappoint. So here are my top picks.
This cardigan is lightweight and perfect for summer $17.80 @ Forever 21

I love the hearts on this cute ribbed top and it's only $14.80.

If I'm ever feeling a bit gloomy the color on this shirt would cheer me up $22.50

I'm not sure what it is about this hoodie, maybe its the ruffles, maybe its the skull, but I like it a lot. The only downside is it's $39.50

I've always liked skirts, they're easy to put on, and I don't feel constricted. So I really love this skirt for $38.50

I know the rhyme is cheesy, but I just couldn't help myself. Earlier this week Jessica Simpson showed up to TRL wearing what one could only believe to be her pajamas. It is what was once called a "playsuit", but now we just call it skanky. I kid, I kid. I was over at The Runway Scoop and to my horror I saw this headline: "Old Navy Tests Higher Prices." I am outraged; Old Navy has been one of my favorite clothing stores for a long time, and what I have admired most is their ability to deliver incredible style for remarkably low prices. To be honest I don't think that I will shop there anymore if these price increases are too dramatic. In their quest to make more money they will certainly be driving away some of their best customers.
